job description

?Coordinate and negotiate directly with transportation and logistics providers to meet customer needs in the most cost effective manner possible.
Own the process of delievery and tracking from start to finish, should be prompt to ensure timely update to relevant stakeholders.
Preparation of MIS reports and trackers as per business requirement.
Owing the creation of purchase orders related to logistics activities and ensure timely submission to finance department, maintaining reports of the same.
Tracking, collecting and maintaining post-delivery documents.
Creating legal challan and other documents for PAN India basis.
Ensuring proper management of scrap materials.
Optimizing of warehouse space to successfully manage inventory.
Conduct timely warehouse audits and submit the required reports.
To keep tracks of contracts and manage their renewals with best cost saving options.
Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements where ever gaps are identified
