  Department Description
The Performance Analytics group provides performance information and portfolio analysis for Fidelity International Limited (FIL)
worldwide. The team will operate a hub a spoke model with two centres of excellence in Dublin (Ireland) and Dalian (China) supported
by local specialists in London, Tokyo, Gurgaon and Hong Kong.
The group comprises three teams who all interact closely and work together to provide clients both internal and external with analysis
on Fidelity products and mandates. The performance attribution & risk reporting team provides attribution and risk analytics such as
quarterly fund reports, investment risk oversight pack, liquidity reporting and support to our investment teams.
The performance operations team is responsible for ensuring the quality of our data, management of our systems, GIPS©, regulatory
performance & risk and providing key senior management metrics.
The performance reporting team supply performance, attribution and ex-post to all of our clients but retail and institutional heavily

The assistant manager, working with the manager, will be responsible overseeing the team deliverables and managing team projects.
They will be responsible for the production of reporting of key characteristics for our multi asset fund range, including asset allocation,
credit ratings etc. They will take a key role in supporting our advisory business and developing quarterly fund review packs.They will
work with the Dublin based team to deliver attribution reports to the Investment and distribution departments
What you’ll do Principle duties:
 Oversight of the team in India.
 Production of asset allocation reports managed in excel.
 Advisory mandate management of portfolio constraint monitoring.
 Advisory mandate reporting, including top level commentary, performance and attribution.
 Preparation of data and analysis for the QFR packs (quarterly fund review)
 Provision of performance attribution analysis to the Investment and distribution teams
 Involvement in projects and systems testing
 Working with technology to ensure requirements are delivered Your skills and experience

 Experience of vendor systems such as Factset and Bloomberg.
