assistant manager - management accounting in bengaluru / bangalore

Overview of Role: * Review and process invoices via automated Concur workflow * Maintain vendors database to ensure proper account mapping/allocating of expenses * Coordinate with trading, research, legal, operations and technology on proper tagging of various invoices/fees * Assist with expense reimbursements review and work with Concur for global expense reimbursement tracking * Assist with the review of monthly budgets for the Funds and preparation of Budget to Actual Analysis * Interact with the banks and outside vendors * Assist with the annual audits of various subsidiaries as it relates to invoice/payments support * Review and suggest improvement to the process * Implement further automation solutions
