assistant manager/ manager hr in bangalore

?Recruitment:
- Creation of Job descriptions
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through referral, consultants, online sources
- Conducting and coordinating the interviews, Negotiation with the candidates and offer management
- Maintaining the source mix � internal, referral and external
- Monitoring the TAT of closing the positions and creating reports on recruitment
- Managing campus relations & custodian of employer brand
On-Boarding:
- Planning and execution of induction & background verification for all new joinees
- Ensuring that a new joinee gets all the required assets on first day of the joining
- Releasing the joining mails welcoming the new joinee
- Releasing the confirmation letters post confirmation from management and clear background verification
Business Partnership:
- Responsible for managing employee queries/ grievances for South & East India region
- Support in implementation of HR initiatives activities in South & East India region
- Managing offices in Bangalore & Chennai

qualification

?- Full time MBA from Premier (Tier 1 or 2) institute from any Industries
- 3-5 years of experience
