Experience in Errection and Commissioning of Cement Plant equpiments. Equipments maintain spare parts avability, Cement silos maintenence experinece, Semi and Auto truck loaders maintenence Cement plant equipment erection and commissioning ,100% spares parts management at maintenence Inventory management all cement plant equipment, errection and commissioning of cement plant,coordination with services engineers,manpower labour's management creates proper healthy environment and all work activities linked with SAP system and Budget planning per year and saving power to minimize power Maintenance scope of: ● Packing plant section (Packers and Truck loaders- FLS SMIDTH and BEUMER),(Auto Truck loaders-Beumer) checking and operation. ● Packing Plant Budget Preparation work for financial year ● Material handling and Stacker Reclaimers (Make- FLS ) ● Shift Handling work per shift (Maintenance and Operation packing plant ) ● Inventory maintain proper in section whole circuit silo to truck loaders
