- Taking care of Employees Attendance and leave management.
- To adhere and monitor Manpower Plan as per Budget.
- Responsible for Staff Recruitment. ( Blue & white Collar )
- Pre and Post Recruitment Processes & Induction Training Schedule processes.
- On time of delivery of Probation Assessments and Confirmation Letters.
- Identify the Training Needs of all level Employees.
- Training Calendar Implementation, Evaluation and Effectiveness Monitor as per Standards.
- Responsible for Performance Management System.
- Responsible for Total Employee Development in 5S, Suggestion, Kaizen, Quality Circles (i.e. Problem Solving), Employee Engagement both internal and external.
- Responsible for Internal and External Audit records related to Training, Operator Skill Matrix, TEI records to display.
- Responsible for MIS, MRM (Monthly & Weekly).
- Formation of Women Welfare Committee, Canteen, Transport, Safety Committees and Monthly Communication Meetings.
- Responsible for all Staff level Employees Insurance, Personal Files, Identity Cards, Business Cards, E-Mail Creation, Bank Account Opening
