**ROLE PURPOSE**Plan & Implement the HR Policies and Procedures in the SBU. Responsible forthe HR functions of the SBU -Recruitment & Selection, Talent Acquisition, HROperations, PMS, Employee Life Cycle Management, Employee Engagement andTraining & Development.**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES** * Most Importantly focus on Talent Acquisition- Ensure that recruitment needs of the SBU from Junior level to AGM Level. * The Recruitment needs have to be understood and delivery has to be done targeted timelines so that Project Execution does not suffer. This is the Main responsibility and important KRA/KPI. * Responsible for the entire process of Recruitment & Selection- including following of SOP of Recruitment, Selection, Onboarding, induction, etc. * Manage the Talent in the SBU- understand their needs, develop second lines, develop individuals and work with the HOD's to strengthen dept. * Must align with the EPC Market with knowledge of the developments in competitor companies and able to develop connect for delivering the recruitment needs of the SBU in speedy manner and instantly * Must be able to work effectively on the portals, and with recruitment consultants ensuring that recruitments are delivered on targeted timelines. * Implement the PMS system in the SBU successfully with defining of KRA's/KPI's of all departments to achieve the organization objectives. * Effectively work with the HOD's and SBU Head, SBU HR head to understand the business needs and align the HR functions to the Business requirement * Develop strong bonding and relationships with the HOD's for smooth operations
