**We are looking for someone who can help us with Manage Task and Time.** 1. **Record all tasks assigned and committed to in meetings and emails, prioritise tasks to meet deadlines, consistently stay up to date and communicate priorities and urgency effectively. ** 2. **Manage my time with confidence and sound judgement (push back if we get distracted on lower priority work!), maintain and update my schedule amid rapid changes and competing priorities, and ensure all meetings are set up for success (with information and time with debrief if necessary) Communications.** 3. **Create Presentation and do meetings follow-ups ** 4. **You may need to dig through the internet/Linkedin to find contacts, titles and connections, prep us with basic background information for meetings (context, past conversations, general relationship information, information about a business prospect), and keep abreast of information flow within the company so we am never caught off-guard Administration Help us build a better organisation while maintaining a good work life balance.
