- Develop and lead a high-performing security team, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and fostering a culture of excellence.
- Formulate and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring compliance and alignment with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security measures into various business processes, including Legal, HR, IT, and Facilities.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential security threats and recommend appropriate countermeasures.
- Plan and oversee the implementation of security measures, including physical security systems, access controls, surveillance, and emergency response protocols.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and security industry peers.
- Lead investigations into security incidents, breaches, or violations, and develop incident response plans to mitigate future risks.
- Develop and deliver security training programs for employees, ensuring a high level of security awareness and preparedness.
- Manage the security budget, including resource allocation, vendor contracts, and cost effective solutions in accordance with Group Security Head.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging security trends, technologies, and regulations, and proactively adjust security strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with external security consultants and experts to enhance the company's security posture.
