Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain product roadmaps and release schedules for products Own backlog refinement, user story definition, and sprint team management for the product development.
- Facilitate release management and coordinate communications around product enhancements and releases.
- Create and maintain product documentation for both internal and external stakeholders
- Create workflows and tools to implement the product roadmap, managing across the product lifecycle.
- Work collaboratively with a team of stakeholders from design, operations, and research to define new product features.
- Develop deep understanding of customer base and the various stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews to develop an understanding of the entire customer journey and identify key pain points and technology solutions.
- Determine customer motivations and brainstorm solutions to enhance the product portfolio.
- Define a set of KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and operational impact and be able to analyze them and utilize them in decision making processes.
- Bachelors or Master’s in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent work experience in product management building digital tools and platforms.
- 2-3 years of product experience working on end-user facing products (any role i.e., Analyst, Developer).
- Ability to manage a wide array of stakeholder groups,including the ability to listen and solicit carefully and synthesize all their input into an action plan.
- Strong track record of product delivery including commercialization of software.
- Ability to define user stories, high level workflows, and design specifications for translation of requirements to the technical teams.
- Experience working with Agile product development process.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience building mobile and web-based applications, strong technical foundation.
- Growth mindset and willingness to go above, beyond, and outside of the formal role.
- Comfort with uncertainty and a willingness to define from a blank canvas.
- Experience in building digital health platforms.
- Experience building customer engagement platforms (i.e., SMS, Chatbot, VOIP).
- Knowledge of healthcare, or an enthusiasm to learn Understanding of business and strategy fundamentals, experience in competitive research and planning activities.
