· Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to benefits administration and employee experience

· Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the department.
EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications, Experience, Skills
· Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Management
· Preferred Calling/query management experience
· 3-4 years previous work experience
· Excellent communication skills
· IT skills required
o Data accuracy
o Technical skills from a wide range including Advanced MS Excel
· Other Skills required
o Good at decision making
o Should be self-initiator
o Adept at preparing & maintaining documentation as per operational excellence.
