?� Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for assigned market vertical in Mumbai and Goa; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
� Able to prioritize and provide strategies and solutions to business opportunities.
� Identify new customers & capitalize on the existing network of customers.
� Create sales plan for revenue growth for assigned market vertical in Mumbai and Goa customers
� Build business relationships with Mumbai and Goa OEM and direct customers through value added services & support, field services & support
� Formulate and implement a customer engagement plan for Key Accounts customers in Mumbai and Goa region .
� Day to day management of the sales activities within the assigned territory. And adherence to Sales matrix
� Contribute to the formulation of all sales policies, practices and procedures.
� Establishing personal contact and rapport with decision-makers in assigned market vertical customers of Mumbai and Goa region.
� Focus on plant study, plant audit and business though saving route for MRO sales.

Additional Responsibility: (Elaborate on other activities � Strategic / SQS etc.)

� Participate in the organization`s strategic planning process & work to achieve the targets assigned to the department.
� Timely update yourself by training & assessment with available tools like Swagelok University, live Training, etc.
� Learn about the company Quality Systems (SQS) & incorporate direct procedures in the day to day activity. Also participate in the Continuous Improvement projects of the department.
� Manage various leads & opportunities using CRM.
� Learn about Business Systems & use them as per the assigned user`s responsibility.
� Engage with energy efficiency dept in Plant to arrange and deliver presentation and training to operators.

?Functional Area of expertise: (Preferred background)
� Should have at least 7 years of experience in Sales with minimum 5 years of experience in selling Mechanical / Technical Products & Services into an engineering sector.
� Consistent track record in closing deals and developing accounts for long term growth.
� Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships at CxO level in a customer organization.

Experience: (Min � Max) 8 yrs - 12yrs

Education: BE/B.Tech (Instrumentation or Mechanical)/ with MBA (Sales / Marketing).

� Expert knowledge of sales cycles, strategies, and methods.
� Ability to anticipate how the market and competitive factors will influence the selling of products and services.
� Goal driven and self-motivated
� Planning and organizational skills.
� Negotiation/conflict resolution.
� Technical acumen and penchant for identifying Process solution and services sales.
