The profile description and requirement detailing: •Purpose of the role: To support the marketing team and venue team with onlineto offline marketing campaigns, initiatives, action plans. • KeyAccountabilities / Responsibilities ➢ In store campaign plan and executions ➢Campaign Analysis and strategy formation ➢ Effective tracking of campaigns,analysis and data presentations, as well Tracking and analyzing footfall toconversion ratio ➢ Implementing BTL campaigns and arranging promotions andprocuring sponsorships ➢ Creating and maintaining partnerships across varietyof stake-holders in the long run ➢ Driving campaign to increase ACV ➢ Ensuringadherence to marketing SOPs ➢ Developing customer experience points ➢ Customercontact and conversion ratio ➢ Conducting store audits ➢ Tie up with 3rd partycoupon / online sites for additional business ➢ Digital Marketing- aligning instore campaigns on all social media platforms ➢ Ensuring effective marketingcommunications including the company website, print communication, andadvertising • Requirements of the role ➢ Candidate should be MarketingGraduate, BMM / BMS. Specialization in Retail will be preferred. ➢ Should beproficient in Microsoft Office Word / Excel / Power point. ➢ Apt in designingthrough Corel Draw / Photoshop./AI ➢ Experience in retail marketing, withcreative blend in terms of designing ➢ Should have knowledge of marketing onFacebook and Instagram, GMB, etc ➢ Experience in planning and executingdigital campaigns ➢ Working knowledge of CRM platforms Work Experience(Relevant exp only): 5 - 7 years of retail marketing P.S. Candidate should beDelhi/Noida/Gurgaon based. Initially the candidate shall be placed in ourMumbai office and later transferred to Delhi.
