?Asst. Manager � Project Management

� Planning, scheduling and co-ordination to achieve timely completion of Project.
� Knowledge and proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Project is essential.
� Contracts management �To ensure the works are executed in accordance with contractual terms and conditions.
� Quality control and supervision for architectural and civil works.
� Issue instructions and memo to contractor if the works are not in accordance with the required quality and standards.
� Progress scheduling, monitoring and reporting is essential. Conduct weekly and monthly progress meetings with vendors. Issue agenda and MOM and highlight issues requiring management action.
� To generate the reports in required formats for management information.
� Design Co-ordination � To receive and review drawings from vendors and provide comments in coordination with consultants within the agreed timelines.
� EHS compliances - To conduct safety meetings and highlight necessary steps to ensure best EHS practices as per standards.
� Site management activities like conducting and maintaining material tests reports, cube testing, pre and post concrete checks, checklists for various works as per the formats.
� Co-ordination with consultants and contractors for meetings, agendas, MOM, EI and VO issuance - Co-ordinate with vendors and quantity surveyors/cost consultants for issuance of Variation order.
� ISO implementation - To implement ISO and ensure all the documents are numbered and maintained.
� Set up quality procedures, identify areas of improvements, introduce modification, create awareness to improve existing processes, & maintain ISO standards.
� Target setting and developing strategies for achieving the same.
� Responsible for the design and construction activity of the projects.
� Knowledge of Green building

?B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engg with 7 � 9 years of work experience in quality control, documentation & reporting and contracts management in large international organization, preferably from Real Estate, service industry or an MNC. Experience in operations and maintainance of IT/ commercial properties will be preferred.

Competency : Candidate should have the ability to work under pressure and adhere to tight deadlines. In addition to being a team player, the candidate should possess strong analytical skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Auto Cad, MS Project. Good presentation and written and oral communication skills is essential. Candidate should be customer focused.
