Task:
- Search for competitive and reliable NPM/CAPEX Suppliers for India Plants.
- Sending RFQ and Follow up for quotes.
- Negotiate and issue POs to selected Vendors.
- Conduct Spend Analysis and develop strategic sourcing to create value.
- Permanently monitor their performance, to be able to keep a very reliable
- service and performance from these vendors.
- Bring Savings to client by choosing and selecting those competitive
- suppliers and guarantee their permanent commitment to meet client's Standards.
- Generate Monthly MIS and KPI tracker.
- Ensure master data accuracy.
Process compliance:
- Timely delivery of tasks per set guidelines
- Ensure transparency on costs and negotiations
- Daily timesheet recording
- NPM/CAPEX Process Adherence
- Knowledge and experience in Supply Chain.
Soft Skill:
- Good Communication skills - Written and Verbal English
