To endeavour to secure projects for COMPANY customer s, ideally through specifications, by advising Architects, Facade Consultants, Developers and Main Contractors, Project Management Consultants of our products and their capabilities, and promoting the benefits of using the COMPANY package.
To grow the business, by appointing new fabricators in a designated area, grow the network, and to generate profitable sales from existing customers, ideally by and promoting the benefits of using the COMPANY package.
Support fabricators, distributors in all respects including for presenting/selling the Company systems to developers for their projects.
To ensure the hold of Company specifications by full co-ordination of each process in the procurement chain.
To work closely with the fabricator and establish and build upon relationships with them to ensure Company systems are selected for projects and used as most preferable solution by them.
4.1 To develop good relationships with architects, Fascade Consultants, Developers, Main contractors within the area, with a view to having COMPANY products specified and approved, wherever po ssible.
4.2. To maximise turnover and profit to agreed budgets for the designated area,
4.3. Execute logical and effective journey plans whenever possible and generate leads/enquiries of new projects and support fabricators to win
the project with Schueco systems
4.4 To keep architectural practices and Fascade consultants in area up to date on new developments and products within COMPANY.
4.5 Organize need based training for new and existing customers on product, manufacture, estimating and installation in conjunction with the training department.
4.6 Submit weekly and monthly reports to Regional Head or Director (Sales & Marketing) on agreed dates.
4.7 To keep up to date with project enquiries, enquiry funnel,
4.8 Keep up to date on COMPANY products, market trends and competitors,
4.9 Full support to fabricators / distributors / network partners in the designated area to ensure smooth order processing and all commercials with regard to supplying the material.
5. DETAILS OF ACTIVITIES FOR EACH ACCOUNTABILITY AREA
5.1 To present a smart and professional image when calling on existing and potential customers (fabricators /distributors), displaying excellent knowledge of COMPANY products and services wherever possible.
5.2 By keeping customers informed of company product developments.
Maintaining close contact with customer at all times, responding to their needs efficiently and effectively.
5.3 Ensuring customers, new and existing, have signed COMPANY terms and conditions that invoices are paid on time by closely monitoring customers accounts on a regular basis. Ensuring account/customer queries are resolved, complete order processing, supplies coordinated promptly by liaising with sales administration.
5.4 To plan visits by the most economic and cost-effective route, combining visits where possible to maximise use of time and reduce expenditure wherever possible.
5.5 Liasing with technical manager, product managers, for training sessions.
5.6 Consulting with training manager regarding training schedules.
5.7 Send in weekly call reports, journey plans and expenses to the office by the due date. Compile monthly report using information on visits made, existing Project progress, new contacts etc.
5.8 Keep customer records up to date.
5.9 Close liaison with architectural advisors to update project enquiries with fabricators.
5.10 Attend training programmes, exhibitions, meetings and seminars as directed by management.

?KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
6.1 8 to 10 years total experience of which at-least 4 years previous experience in dealing with architects in the target area in particular on matters relating to design and specification.
6.2 Previous experience with the design/construction of facades or building envelopes and familiarity with related structural issues.
6.3 Familiarity with the construction industry in general and the technical/ commercial processes which are central features of all significant projects
6.4 A proven track record of successful business development.
6.5 A technical background (e.g. Civil engineering / Architectural Engineering / Mechanical Engineering) with a natural ability to deal with technical issues. An MBA or equivalent would be an added advantage.
6.6 Well-developed inter-personal skills, good communication skills & must speak local language.
6.7 Self-motivated with the determination to achieve results and win against strong opposition
6.8 Commercial awareness and judgement to assess priorities and deal with them effectively to achieve business goals
