?Key Responsibilities
� Manage Finished Production Store (FPS) and Other Factory stores (Receiving, General, Semi finishes products, Tooling stores).
� Manage Factory Material Handling (Material movement in factory).
� Monitor DC Ahmedabad Operations.
� Manage Job Work Challans.
� Manage day-to-day performance of operations in the areas of receiving, issue, collection of finish material from channels & Pick, pack & ship activity in FPS.
� Manage location accuracy and inventory accuracy and coordinating stock verification activities
� Planners.
� Organize export procedures.
� Reconciliation of material given on job work to suppliers
� Liaison with government authorities with Auditors.
� Coordinate with factory functions for prioritization and requirement.
� Organize Return warehouse and Credit Notes. Coordinating activities of return warehouse with Channel like Excise, Sales tax, Weights & Measures, Contract labor act (min wage act),certificate of registration, etc
� Support and drive initiatives in stores function like Business Excellence, 5S, Safety, KAIZEN, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing to improve efficiency, effectiveness of individual and team followed by timely reviews.

?� 5 to 7 years� experience in Logistics, Material Management, Stores.
� A graduate of any faculty or Diploma in Engineering.
� Diploma in Materials Management / Business Administration will be added qualification.
� Working knowledge of MS Office tools
� Working knowledge of Excise, Weights & Measures, HR laws and sales tax.
