 Work collaboratively with development teams during development to identify
defects in software as it is developed within sprints.
 Develop and implement strategies for performance testing.
 Generate and maintain documentation – test protocols and reports as required.
 When automated testing is not possible, develop and maintain manual tests.
 Advocate for and implement increased automated test coverage.
Minimum Qualifications:
 Bachelor’s /Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, or equivalent with 5+
years of overall experience in Blackbox and Whitebox test automation.
 5+ years of Experience with the Test Automation and development of different
types of frameworks (ex: Keyword driven, Data driven, hybrid, etc.). Experience and comfort with software development (for testing) – specifically,
writing code in Typescript/JavaScript.
 Experience and deep understanding of one or more automation tools like
Selenium, Appium, WebdriverIO, etc.
 Experience working on performance testing tools like JMeter, Locust and
LoadRunner.
 Experience with the API testing.
 Source control and version management (Git).
 Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with
international teams is a big plus.
 Sound knowledge of SDLC processes – waterfall and agile.
 Good problem-solving skills, and the ability to come up with creative solutions
that deliver significant productivity boosts.
Nice to have:
 Experience with IoT and internet-connected products.
 Experience with medical device development and FDA regulated products.
 Knowledge of Kubernetes and Containerization
 Knowledge of Building and Deploying application
