**Overall Responsibilities:**This position is responsible for supporting functional objectives by providingHR Partnership to the Genus India Business. Support the teams for establishingand maintaining positive employee relationships, communications,organizational effectiveness, talent acquisition and management, training andbroader HR initiatives and HR programs aligned with short and long-termbusiness objectives.**Specific work Responsibilities:** This position will be mainly responsible for: * * Payroll and leave data of the employees. * Right data Management: Maintaining and managing employee data base (Genus One) * Provide MIS support for Attrition analysis, includes- analyzing Exit interview, observe trends and highlight important aspects, drive key actions * Ensure timely closure of Employee life cycle HR processes (e.g. Recruitment, Transfer, Leave Request, Performance Management, Progressions, Salary revisions etc.). * HR budget monitoring and planning. * Maintain and update training dossier for all trainings (excluding technical) * Assist in HR Audits, maintain data and track actions * Follow up on actions from employee meeting forums / stay interviews * Employee Survey: Help in analysis and action planning based on survey results * Promotes positive employee relations and employee engagement * Assuring two-way communications processes between employees and management, through skip levels, Business group meeting, One on One etc. * Drive HR functional excellence through deployment of Genus programs, internal HR Scorecards, ensuring quality of process and content alignment with Genus vision and values.**Focused Drive for:** * **Recruitment** - Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates and helping the team with sourcing, coordinating and scheduling interviews. Coordinate and partner with external recruitment agencies as may be required. Manage posting of job vacancies at the best performing recruitment channels. Focus on developing referral channels for recruitment. Setting best practices recruiting and providing regular updates about India Vacancies. Achieve targeted Profit plan number for headcount and diversity * **Employee on-boarding & exit:** Handle onboarding for new joiners - paperwork/ documentation, the introduction of new employee with his manager & team, entry access, back a/c creation etc. This would include customizing the employee onboarding experience for joiners at India Site. Completion of exit paperwork, taking handover of company HR assets, ensuring smooth exit process. * **Employee engagement agenda** \- creating & driving the annual engagement calendar, administrating and action planning on the employee engagement survey * **Local Rewards Program** \- Assist in Developing & Effective Implementation of local rewards program.
