**Position: AVP - Marketplaces****Location: Head Office - Noida****Role Objective: We are looking for someone who can collaborate cross-functionally to manage and direct all aspects of the ecommerce business. Thisincludes strategizing, planning, developing, and executing content plans,overseeing the generation of promotional materials and campaigns, monitoringperformance analytics, marketplace management and product performance, amongother things.****Key Responsibilities ** * **Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic ecommerce plan. Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology, and management to deliver a superior brand and shopping experience for all customers.** * **Develop the annual budgets and forecasts and ensure budgets and expense targets are adhered to. Monitor business performance against budget and undertake corrective action when necessary.** * **Development of Sales Action Plans - Complete responsibility and accountability for the sales revenue, gross profit, and net profit in the online domain.** * **To ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales action plan is aligned with the channel partners.** * **To review the analytics/MIS shared by platforms & leverage the information in accordance with brand strategy.** * **Provide thought leadership, innovation, and process optimization initiatives such as implementing ecommerce software and other industry best practices.** * **Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current brand offering.** * **Drive operational excellence by developing models to improve process efficiency, reduce delivery TAT 's and led efforts to expedite vendor Signup process.** * **To handle all margin negotiations, MOU closure 's, revenue, campaign planning & collections of E-Retail business of the brand.** * **Developing the right product mix and productivity, merchandise mix and tracking of best sellers and slow movers and taking corrective actions.** * **To work closely with support teams (Finance, IT, Marketing, and SCM) to build and secure support and resources for projects and initiatives for the E-Retail business.** **Candidature ** * **The candidate should be curious, creative, obsessive for end user, eager to unlearn and learn with bias for results. With demonstrated record of mentoring teams in fast growing and dynamic organizations and should be willing to go that extra mile to work beyond the KPIs.** * **The ideal candidate should be from a top tier B-school graduate with 6-8 years of post-qualification work experience, with expertise in Indian ecomm / Consumer internet marketplace businesses. The candidate should have experience working as a Sr Manager /AVP founding team member driving growth in similar businesses.** * **Strong preference for ex-founders or early-stage founding employees.** * **Strong data driven problem solving skills, eye for extreme details and process led.** * **Comprehensive understanding of Business planning and e-commerce strategy development** * **Passionate about creating structure & processes that support the development of amazing work in a creative environment.** * **Forward thinking & the ability to foster innovation & creativity, while also maintaining a clear sense of business objectives.** * **Driven leader who approaches things with a sense of urgency.v**
