Responsibilities \- Build and Manage strategic relationships with cross functional c-levelexecutives of large pharma clients to drive business via new customer acquisition and accountmanagement. \- Work closely with client to understand business requirements. Should beable to conceptualize a large program and create first level scoping for customizedprojects \- Strategic account planning and mapping to improve client results andachieve business outcomes aligned with THBs objectives \- Identify, analyse and evaluate the current market trends, key competitivethreats, and opportunities, and recommend strategies for the assigned accounts and overallbusiness. \- Liaise between client and internal teams, providing scientific insight andprogram direction for delivering agreed upon products/solutions as per the service agreement. \- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner \- Should oversee financial transaction with the client (invoice generation,payment follow up etc) \- Aligning with various internal cross functional teams for seamless projectexecution, account governance and client satisfactions \- Proactively build strategic alliances for business growth and marketexpansion \- Develop a deep understanding of THB's products and services portfolio Requirements and Qualifications \- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently \- Goal-oriented, organized team player \- Self-motivated and self-directed \- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills \- In-depth understanding of Indian pharma space \- Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories \- Bachelor's degree (any stream) and master's in business administration(preferred) \- 6 years+ previous work experience in B2B sales, Consulting, key accountmanagement, or relevant experience \- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be a listener, apresenter, and a people-person \- Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client agreement \- Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account \- Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
