Job Description
I.
Drive product development from concept to final launch, including technical and process details.
II.
Collaborate with analytical development to ensure the appropriate product is produced.
III.
Handling of Development of new formulations while keeping focus on GMP.
IV.
Collaborate with cross functional team including analytical, manufacturing, regulatory, clinical, quality and project management staff to ensure successful execution of formulation and process development activities to meet project deliverables and milestones.
V.
Handling technology transfer of new products.
VI.
Define timelines for various R&D projects and ensure projects milestones are delivered.
VII.
Continuous improvement of existing products to enhance quality and save time and resources.
VIII.
Supervising ADL and F&D. Reviewing Reports & Check testing protocol.
IX.
Demonstrate solid technical leadership when working on complex problems within a technical scope in which analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
X.
Identifying alternate vendors to desire business & deliver better quality.
