avp sales in chennai

?- Enable sales of products in the respective geographies and achieve the targeted sales plan numbers.
- Understand industry requirements based on market/ customer requirements generate proposals and convert them into sale orders.
- Develop with marketing strategic Sales plans to generate business with both new and existing accounts.
- Identify and develop profiles of potential new accounts and create opportunities with both existing clients and new prospects.
- Identify and develop strategic competitor analysis and plans to counter competitors activities with targeted accounts.
- Monitor overall sales development success and track and report on progress against plan.
- Follow and coordinate with order fulfilment and finance team for successful sales target.
- Develop and conduct potential and existing customer presentations to attract new business.
- Work with the regional Sales force on developing opportunities and provide support as needed.
- Work with Business Development team to develop sales tools, support trade shows, and identify new solution and product opportunities.

? High level of expertise and knowledge in Sales Fundamentals (Listening,
Analytical, Problem Solving, Lead Qualifying, Negotiating, Persevering,
Closing), Project Sales, CRM
? Should have handled a team of 5 to 8 Sales Engineers
? Should have handled business volume of INR 35-40 Crores per annum
