?Role: AVP/VP � HR
Location: Nagpur, Maharastra
Reporting To: VP - HR - Corporate
Key Responsibilities �
? Design and implement HR strategies for the company in alignment with the Corporate HR strategies
? Ensure healthy relation with Union and manage all IR related issues. (VERY IMPORTANT)
? Forecast and budget Manpower requirements at the beginning of the financial year and ensure rationalization and optimal usage of manpower
? Identify various channels of recruitment to attract and retain best of talent, induct new hires, solicit employee feedback in order to attract and retain best of talent
? Ensure efficient and timely salary disbursements of employees/workers
? Identify and retain talent by identifying suitable career paths and compensating them accordingly so that they are motivated and they continue to add value to the company
? Ensure smooth HR operation.
? Facilitate goal setting process with all HODs by clarifying the linkages between individual goals, unit goals and organizational goals
? Oversee Employee Engagement activities as planned to improve the engagement levels of the employees
? Manage employee relations in the unit and ensure that a congenial relationship is maintained with the Union
? Liasioning with External Agencies to fulfill Statutory requirements and maintain networks with the concerned authorities
?Handling the entire plant.

Any Graduate + 2 year full time MBA (HRM & IR) / MHRM / MSW from Tier 2 � 3 Institute
Type of experience:
Around 18+ years of Generalist HR and IR experience, preferably in textiles manufacturing and/or any other manufacturing organization.
