?Job Responsibilities
Revenue - Monthly Invoicing, revenue recognition for US and /or UK Gaap
Account Receivables:-
Detailed review of Account Receivables, aging, reconciliation with Customers statements and settlements, liaison with banks and customers, ensuring that the receivables are realized in time.
Analysis of revenue Vis a Vis budget and deliverables.
Cash Management: -
Cash Management comprises of a series of activities aimed at efficiently handling the inflow and outflow of cash.
Account Payables:-
Detailed review of Account Payables, aging, reconciliation with vendors statements and settlements, liaison with banks and vendors, processing of Advance payments etc.
Maintenance of Books of Accounts and Preparation of Financial Statements:-
Maintenance of books of accounts accurately and up-to-date and Preparation and presentation of Financial Statements as per GAAP on a monthly basis.
GL Accounting, Account Reconciliations
MIS Reporting:
Preparing Accurate and Timely MIS reports for the management to take effective decisions.
Budgeting & Forecasting
Preparation of feasible Budgets based on the realistic assumptions, historical data and variance analysis.
Liaison with Auditors, Statutory Compliances - US/UK

Skills and Qualification required

1. CA/ICWA with 8 to 12 years of relevant experience
2. Experience in US Account and US GAAP

Soft Skills :
A good Team player & self-starter
Strong interpersonal communications and networking skills
Attention to details while keeping in mind the big picture
Must be customer centric with a passion for creating value to drive change, Effective presentation skills, Leadership and strategic thinking skills
Respect for people, high on integrity
