Job Description:

Good to Have

 

1.       Minimum 7+ years of experience in campaign management or direct marketing

2.       Instrumental in responsive design (emails + templates + websites), Media/Responsive Queries, HTML programming

3.       Clarity of thought and ability to negotiate ambiguity.

4.       Should have experience in Marketing Automation tools preferably Pardot/ Marketo/ Eloqua & CRM- Salesforce

1.       Knowledge of CRM operations related to sales & marketing would be an advantage

2.       Exceptionally strong communication skills across all levels

3.       Self-driven and proactive team member with a propensity to collaborate across functions and service lines

4.       Previous experience working with onshore teams would be desirable but not essential

5.       Working knowledge of Adobe creative cloud is a big plus.

Job description

·         Planning

a.       Ability to have a view on strategic/tactical decisions on campaign planning, customer segmentation and revenue goals to be achieved. 

b.       Be aware of the country specific plans

·         Execution

a.       Undertake Salesforce.com, Pardot marketing database clean-up for accounts to enrich & update their data and its integrity.

b.       Develop and executes campaigns for account based marketing, lead generation, lead nurturing and demand creation programs in Salesforce.com, Pardot application – having taken the time to understand the campaign objectives.

c.       Proactively advise clients on improving their marketing processes by using lead nurturing, customer buyer journey and best practices

·         Reporting and Analytics -

a.       Perform analytics on the campaigns to help demonstrate success to include segmentation and targeting as scoped on a project basis

b.       Work with Onshore Marketing Managers to define metrics; measure, track, analyse and regularly report on the effectiveness of overall campaign performance.

c.       Define and implement new marketing automation methodologies that will maximize efficiency

·         Coordination

·         Collaborate with Email Marketing Team and design responsive emails, responsive templates, and responsive websites

·         Effectively collaborate with colleagues and CRM/Demand Generation Operations

·         Develop and maintain long-term data strategy and work in tandem with stakeholders

·         Maintain database integrity and synchronization of marketing systems
