An in-depth understanding of the software development lifecycle, as well as working as part of an agile team
Experience working as part of a robotics solutions delivery team using Pega Robotics, UI Path, Blue Prism or other larger vendor robotics automation vendor software platforms is preferred
Proficiency in Visio & process mapping
Relevant experience/awareness in Python, Chatbots, OCR, ML and AI techniques
Lean six sigma Green Belt certification preferred
Proficiency in Visio & process mapping preferred
Periodic travel may be required
Some project work may be required outside of regular office hours to support critical timelines and deliverables, as well as collaboration with Sun Life teams in other regions
