Lead Generation:- • Identify the relevant requirements for commercial officeand retail space pan India • Build connect with the relevant CxO levelpersonnel in potential clients • Responsible for generating new clients andleads pan India for business expansion of company primarily in TransactionServices • Co-ordinate with the relevant business teams to ensure smoothhandover of clients for execution of the transaction • Develop relationshipswith Developers, Architects, PMC companies etc. to ensure consistent flow ofnew leads (Network building) • Develop and implement new and efficient BDstrategies for the company • Maintaining MISMarket Analysis:- • Developing a full understanding of the business market-place and client information and provide feedback on client trends • Theindividual must utilize appropriate sales and marketing methodologies and usemarket intelligence to develop long term prospective clients • Keeping a trackof cutting-edge innovating marketing and BD practices • Ensure thatEvervantage has an adequate market share amongst the live transactionsClient Servicing & Relationship Management:- • Regular follow up with theexisting and new clients and ensure deep relationships • Following upregularly with clients to identify additional business opportunities and toassess satisfaction with services • Step in during transaction servicing toadd value and manage critical issues where require
