BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Reporting to: RBM, Onco Team Locations: Delhi(2), Hyderabad (1), Bangalore (1), Chennai (1), Bhopal / Indore (1) JobDescription: The Business Development Manager will be responsible to drive thesales function to achieve top line and bottom-line targets of the divisionwith healthy Sales to Expense ratio. Dealing with multiple stakeholders acrosscross functions and arriving at a consensus. Working hard and taking upchallenges in this competitive space. Measuring ROI and getting approvals fromleadership team. 1) Generating business:  Customer Profiling and Management Key opinion leader(KOL) development and Management  Marketing Developmentactivity (Continuous medical Education/ Education of Paramed and Pathologist) Manage brand development and performance 2) Field Operation:  Ensuringtimely collection of the receivables from the market through support team/self Ensuring timely collection of sample from the doctor/hospital throughoperation channel partners  Ensuring timely delivery of the Reports to theassigned customers  Ensuring excellence in Customer service 3)Administration:  Ensuring timely submission of the various reports  Ensuringthe visits to the customers as per the norms of the organization.  Providingtimely market related feedback and competitors information. Competencies: Good analytical / conceptual / logical skills / Brand Management exposure Good KOL Connect / Ability to draw customer engagement plans  Good EmotionalQuotient/ Man Management experience Desired Prerequisites: Experience: Min 2-4years Sales experience in healthcare industry with Field work experiencePreferably with Onco (Cancer) or any other Super-specialty.
