?� Streamlining the business development process for the company by developing lead generation process to ensure long term client patronship by maintaining relationship with the client while creating various business development and sales format to improvise the process.
� Develop the annual business plan subdivided into short and long term plan
� Taking care of sales with focus on achieving predefined sales target and growth
� Forecasting and planning monthly and quarterly sales target and executing them in a given time frame.
� Creating awareness and educating the market regarding the product portfolio
� Generating leads through strong network in the Real Estate, Project Management Consultants, Architects, Contractors, Corporate clients and various other channels and maintaining the database of the same
� Generate multiple Design& Build project for the company which leads to higher revenues
� Responding to the request for proposals sent by the prospective clients with the required information and quotations to help them take a decision
� Responsible for proactively providing business development progress reports on a weekly basis to the Directors
He/She should be willing to travel extensively in and around Hyderabad
