• 7-9+ years of Experience as a Deputy Manager/ Manager/Senior Manager or Equivalent in Data Analytics
• Experience as a BI Consultant or a Solution Architect or a similar role and managing teams of consultants, business analysts or other similar roles
• Proficiency in Data & Analytics Transformation (current state assessment, strategy development, value case, roadmap, and blueprint)
• Hands on experience in implementing an End-to-End Datawarehouse thereby creation of insightful dashboards; in short experience in end-to-end BI Implementation
• In depth understanding of various data sources and data storage systems whether on-prem or on cloud and an ability design a solution data architecture
• Knowledge of how advancing digital tools and techniques are applied in enterprise data and analytics strategies and roadmaps
• Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Microsoft Power BI, tableau etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
• Experience in Python, R preferred

• Proper understanding of Business processes
• Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications (MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)

• Qualifications: BE, B.Tech., MCA

• Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and prevent discrepancies.
• Communicate and track key performance metrics across departments.
• Identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage cross-functional teams, review their performance, and manage schedules.
• Generate reports of findings and present these to senior management.
• Keep abreast of industry best practices and policies.
