7-9+ years of Experience as a Deputy Manager/ Manager/Senior Manager or Equivalent in Data Analytics
Experience as a BI Consultant or a Solution Architect or a similar role and managing teams of consultants, business analysts or other similar roles
Proficiency in Data & Analytics Transformation (current state assessment, strategy development, value case, roadmap, and blueprint)
Hands on experience in implementing an End-to-End Datawarehouse thereby creation of insightful dashboards; in short experience in end-to-end BI Implementation
In depth understanding of various data sources and data storage systems whether on-prem or on cloud and an ability design a solution data architecture
Knowledge of how advancing digital tools and techniques are applied in enterprise data and analytics strategies and roadmaps
Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Microsoft Power BI, tableau etc.), databases (SQL etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
Experience in Python, R preferred

Proper understanding of Business processes
Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office suite applications (MS word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc.)

Qualifications: BE, B.Tech., MCA

Responsibilities:

6+ years working in a consulting capacity, or project management type roles helping clients make their companies work better. Experience must include significant business, practice, and people development. Experience in a sales capacity is a plus.
Should have experience in creating business proposals and sales commercials with excellent communication and presentation skills
Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions.
Manage analytics projects and their delivery to extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring that deadlines are met.
Should have an excellent business acumen to enable the team and client understand relevant project requirements and aspects
Use data visualization techniques to present information
Enforce company policies and procedures to ensure quality and prevent discrepancies.
Communicate and track key performance metrics across departments.
Identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage cross-functional teams, review their performance, and manage schedules.
Generate reports of findings and present these to senior management.
Keep abreast of industry best practices and policies.
