• Responsible for end-to-end entry of customer orders through interfacing withseveral environments. This includes entry of initial orders as well assubsequent cancellations, corrections, amendments, updating of customer data,etc.• Proficient in understanding and then utilizing several systems required forperformance of day-to day tasks from entry of order to product entitlement ofcustomer.• Review all orders for completeness and accuracy prior to entry to ensure allpossible revenue discrepancies are identified prior to order entry. Whenissues identified must be able to effectively communicate these issues toRevenue Compliance team.• Efficient communications with internal partners is critical andincludes…identifying and elevating systems issues to Technology, all billingimplications from an order (i.e. payment terms, custom order) to raise torespective Finance team. • As changes are made to products and services as well as to the order entrysystems, must be able to quickly absorb this new information and integrateinto daily order entry processes.
