bmc subject matter expert lead in hyderabad

?BMC Monitoring team is Responsible for monitoring approx 7000 servers in 24 x 7 basis for Unix and Windows boxes using Patrol/BPPM / TCO / TMART tools.
Monitoring tasks includes 'free space on drives', 'memory usage', 'log file monitoring' etc. and send the alert to the end user or their group.
Installion and configuration of Patrol Agents for OS monitoring, Configuring servers in DWEEB, Configuring Specific LOG files/Folders monitoring using LOG, GRA LOGMON and Sentry Monitoring Studio KMs, Process monitoring, Service Monitoring, DB2 Monitoring, Configuring DB/WebLogic monitoring, enabling email notifications for different support groups, Configuring Custom Thresholds, User Management in PCO, DWEEB and BPPM, Configuring Maintenance Window using SNUB, Creating Roles/Groups and Event Collectors in BPPM, Health Check activities for Patrol and BPPM, Troubleshooting for Operational Issues, Removing servers based on Customer requirements.
