 Coordination with Customer, vendors
 Ensure daily MIS report to all Branch customers
 Monitor KPIs and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
 Ensure compliance with safety, legal, and quality standards (ISO, local transport regulations)
 POD management and timely bill submission
 Monitoring customer credit and & outstanding, following up with customer for timely release of payment.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with business goals
 Resolve operational issues and customer complaints promptly and professionally
 Prepare and submit regular reports on branch performance, inventory levels, and cost metrics
 Support budgeting and cost control initiatives for the branch
 Conduct staff training and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing teamQualifications:- Any Graduate Should be able to read and write English
 1+ years of experience in logistics or transportation
 Strong leadership and team management skills
 Proficiency in Computers - Microsoft Excel
 Good communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
 Familiarity with transportation regulations and warehouse safety standards
 Candidates with 2-Wheeler will be preferredPreferred Skills Experience with SAP /ERP systems and route optimization tools
 Knowledge of Computer, ability to analyze data and drive process improvements
