� Responsibility to achieve the overall area office Retail and Institutional Sales targets (AUM targets & Market share) and facilitate growth through the development & implementation of an effective sales and marketing strategy as cascaded from the Corporate Sales and marketing team.
� Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research for the respective area office supported by on-going visits to clients
� Plan a strategic and feasible layout of the potential mapping of the entire area office . This should be done in alignment with the overall Corporate plan.
� Ability to reach out and motivate all team members to drive area sales and bring up the Market share. Track performance for the team and create benchmarks to motivate and challenge the team further.
� Coordination with the team members and provide continuous support and services for all sales related activities
� Corporate Sales & Marketing plan implementation across all territories of the designate area
� Customer interaction to understand the practicality and rationalization of the potential map and realign in case of any changes.
� Developing new and existing retail client relationships with a goal of continuously Increase AUM consistently & as per targets
� Market share increase responsibility & % increase in new clients added
� Generating investment ideas and working closely with Marketing and Investments to improve product offerings
� Monitor the performance of sales team and other agents to ensure driving performance across all levels ,Driving Channel Sales and overall sales targets

� Experience in the MF Industry is Mandatory
� Excellent analytical and interpersonal abilities
