Position- Brand Manager Experience- 5 years to 10 Years Responsibilities
Working with our Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for
managing marketing strategies and media investments to build brand
equity, awareness, and sales of products to be launched under Lotus’ new
brand

identifying/assessing portfolio risks, setting strategies in the annual and
long range planning process
Support new product innovation launches from ideation to launch across
business case, product development, claims/positioning, costing, packaging
development, sales strategy, and marketing activation
Lead integrated marketing strategy and execution including creative
campaign development, digital marketing, email, PR and social media in
partnership with external agencies/partners
Develop agency briefs and project timelines to execute key initiatives in
support of brand strategies
Own and lead packaging renovation and development of existing products
and new innovation in collaboration with creative partners and agencies
Identify consumer trends to be leveraged in new products and line
extensions
Lead cross-functional teams and external agencies to execute against all
elements of the business plan
Build breakthrough communications that will build brand equity and drive
long-term growth for the business
Manage end to end creative strategy- and ensure alignment with your
understanding of the consumer and culture
Qualifications: Possess 5+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG sector with
expertise in brand building and innovation
Self starter with a growth mindset and the demonstrated ability to lead and
execute projects with little oversight
Able to execute on today's challenges while maintaining a forward-thinking
mindset around where we'll be six months, a year, and several years from
now
You have strong business acumen with demonstrated understanding of the
financial aspects of marketing
You have excellent organizational, planning, project management, and
execution skills
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with exceptional team building
skills
You're passionate about your work; you care deeply about creating a
sustainable food system
