Work with the Contract Performance Manager and Global Functions Sourcing team to
develop and execute contract governance and performance management plans in line
with Contract Management standards and processes, including co-ordination of
performance audits/reviews of allocated contracts including KPIs, business controls,
etc.
Execute agreed de-mobilization of previous contracts and mobilization of new contracts
including the development and the establishment of the Contract Management Plans
for the contracts.
Consolidate and analyze Air, Hotel, Rail , CIBT performance data and facilitate
strategic/tactical-level contract performance reviews for ongoing improvement.
Identify and predict shifts in demand and compliance levels and their impacts which
may require revision to commercial strategies.
Forge beneficial communications with Real Estate site Services organisations and other
networks to achieve full business alignment and sustain Corporate Travel reputation for
value-add in the Region.
Use regional presence to penetrate reasons for behaviour or non-compliance issues to
rectify and maximize commercial leverage to agreed deals.
Manage any supplier-related HSSE issues through to satisfactory resolution.
