Key Responsibilities

§    Administer various employee benefit programs, such as Health & Welfare, Retiral plans. 
§    Resolve employee benefit issues, primarily with respect to medical, retirals
§    Assist in reviewing the company’s benefit plans, policies, and procedures to ensure legal compliance with government regulations.
§    Maintain and update benefit plan documents and summary plan descriptions on Company intranet.
§    Ensure accuracy of vendor databases utilizing problem solving skills in review of benefit file feeds. 
§    Work closely with senior benefits team on various projects to include implementation and redesign of plans, development of employee communication material and annual benefit enrolment. 
§    Managing sensitive employee data in compliance with Provident Fund
§    Conduct new hire employee orientation.Qualifications
Qualifications:
•    Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, or related field.
•    A minimum of 3-5 years of experience working in employee benefits or benefits consulting. 
•    Possess excellent analytical capabilities with deep experience in analysing employee and third party vendor systems data.
•    Practical knowledge working on issues and problems in a human resources or consulting environment. 
•    Familiar with a variety of HR concepts such as leave administration practices and procedures.
