business analyst - omni channels in hyderabad

?Domain Knowledge (Omni Channel Solution - Banking):
Candidate should be well versed with following Banking Omni Channel solution knowledge but not
limited to:
? End to end Omni Channel Solution knowledge including Omni Channel offering for Retail and
Corporate customers
? Should have worked in various omni channel platforms like Internet Banking, Mobile Banking,
ATM and Kiosk solution among others.
? Knowledge on Retail Internet & Mobile Banking including dashboards, Financial and Non-
Financial transaction execution, Bill Payment and Presentment, beneficiary management,
Account overview and details for all account types (Assets and Liabilities), user management and
security management, merchant payment, loyalty points management.
? Knowledge on Personal Finance Management over omni channel � Budget and Expense
tracking, Financial Goal management
? Knowledge on Corporate Internet Banking including account overview, corporate
authorization/approval and user management, corporate transactions like LC/BG related
transactions, Documentary credit, SWIFT statements among others
? Knowledge on Cash Management feature including liquidity management, notional and cash
pooling, bulk payment and payroll file management among others.
? Retail Assets and Liabilities product knowledge including digital customer enrollment & account
opening
? Should have knowledge about retail & Corporate Assets and Liabilities products
? Islamic Banking knowledge is a plus though not mandatory
? Should have knowledge about driving digital customer experience, branding and UX & UI
discussions with the client
? Should understand marketing campaign and offer management over omni channel
? Knowledge on key digital market trends like gamification, beacon technology, location based
offers, NFC payments among others
? The candidate should have experience in multiple Omni Channel banking solution and should
have worked for at least 7 years in Omni Channel Banking having worked in Bank or Banking
Domain in banking software vertical.

?Requirement Gathering: Ensure business requirements are clearly and completely documented
in pre-agreed formats and signed off by business users & translated to technical specifications.
Engage with client in interactive requirement gathering session demonstrating domain and
solution knowledge and industry best practices. Organizing meetings with stakeholders for
capturing requirements and turning them into an SRS document.
? Solution Mapping: Ensure functional requirements are fully met by proposed IT solution.
Appreciation & understanding of the Technology platforms including packaged solutions
relevant for the industry
? Process Discussions: Capturing as-is and to-be processes with respect to the business.
Conducting business process improvement meetings with our clients.
? UI & UX Discussion: Conducting UI & UX customer experience sessions with the client
? Documentation: Developing requirements documents, functional specs with wire frame
diagrams and process charts
? Requirements Management: Capturing detailed scope of change requests.
? Pre-sales: Presentation of similar projects and related products to the prospects on visits.
Engaging in Proof-Of-Concepts engagements held in client premises. Developing proposal scope,
initial high-level implementation plan, licensing requirements
? Training: Preparing training materials, conducting trainings.
