As a Brand Protection Analyst, you will be joining the Cisco Brand Protection Team by building an extraordinary relationship and working closely with all internal and external Stakeholders. Your objective will be to manage cases, processes, and databases for Cisco Brand Protection Investigations, ensuring data accuracy, excellent and timely communication at all times. Key/Essential Responsibilities:
• Implement Cisco's Brand Protection strategies, including business intelligence, enforcement, product security, and channel program compliance
• Demonstrate investigative excellence and develop facts to support winning cases
• Manage investigations regarding gray market transactions, fraud, and counterfeit
• Manage channel compliance audits, demonstrating excellence in data analysis, interaction with Cisco Partners, End Customers, and Cisco management
Requirements:
Highly motivated to build a career in Compliance or Brand Protection, assertive person with good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to establish required working relationships with key functions (e.g., sales, legal, finance, operations);
Experience on conducting audits and compliance matter and a desire to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Ambitious and Self-motivated with ability to proactively manage matters to productive and efficient resolution; thrive when faced with conflict and difficult discussions and be very responsive to requests for assistance.
Our profile of preference:
• University degree or equal education ideally in relevant field (preferably MBA);
• At least 2-3 years of experience in conducting internal investigations involving fraud, with some combination of background in audit, compliance, law enforcement, legal, finance or accounting.
• Data Analysis skills with advanced Excel, databases, and ERP systems. Ability to use Investigative tools such as i2, FinBi, Tableau and Salesforce applications is a plus;
• Very good at Microsoft Office knowledge;
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a dynamic environment and manage a high-volume case load;
• Team player with enthusiasm to share knowledge and information, respond quickly to urgent matters, execute with a “can-do” attitude, lead when needed, and thrive in collaborative culture
• Enthusiasm for cross-cultural working experience
• Analytical thinking, detail-orientation and a strong organizational capacity;
• Fluency in English;
• Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written);
