    Business Analyst

     

    with 4+ years of relevant exp on immediate basis.

     

    The Business Analysts would be in charge of managing and would act as a bridge between Finance  departments and Application Support & Development teams. In this position, the analyst understands the issues / requirements raised by users, helps the team to analyse it functionally & technically and co-ordinates with different application support and development teams to provide a resolution.

     

    Roles and Responsibilities :

     

    1. Should have NBFC and BFC domain knowledge  and should have lending knowledge

     

    1. Should have minimum 3 year of hands on exp as BA in NBFC or BFC

     

    1. Writing Backend query writing skill will be added advantage

     

    • Should have testing experience will be added advantage

     

    1. Document writing skills are mandatory

     

    Job Requirements

     

    1. Graduate

     

    Minimum of 4-8 years’ experience with prior experience in banking or Fin techs

     

    1. Ability to leverage thought leadership, consulting skills, industry know-how, convincing/articulation skills

     

    1. Handling Business team and able to track UAT and publish to relevant stakeholders
