Primary Responsibilities include:
- Requirements Elicitation - Engage and coordinate with program teams or partners to understand the business requirements; detail out scope documents, functional & non-functional requirements, features, etc., ensuring all stated and unstated stakeholder needs are captured.
- Ability to interact effectively with the project managers, program teams, directors, and volunteers during requirements gathering, analysis, business UAT and user training sessions.
- Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development; Document the user stories and acceptance criteria; Business Process Modelling. Create as-is/to-be process maps and stakeholder journeys.
- Support Project Manager/ Delivery Team in delivering the mission-critical solutions to the end users of Bhumi.
- Drive and challenge the presumptions of delivery teams on how they will successfully execute their quality assurance plans; Ensure stakeholder satisfaction through aiding the process of quality software development.
- Provide and support the implementation of Bhumi projects solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders; identifying the needs; determining and carrying out necessary processes and practices; monitoring progress and business results; recognizing and capitalizing on improvement opportunities; and adapting to competing demands, organizational changes and new responsibilities.
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Must have working knowledge in software applications and its development methodologies.
- Practical experience generating requirements documents and user test cases.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Prior experience in the non-profit sector or in volunteering would be an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Exposure to requirements elicitation tools or techniques will be an advantage.
- Data analysis – Proficiency with SQL, Microsoft Excel
- Proven capabilities in user-testing management
- Proven contribution to the development of innovative and impactful systems solutions.
