Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
- Ability to understand the customer needs irrespective of technology and platform. Show thought leadership and act a guide for the customers. Understand the pain points and wow the customers with process improvements
- Very strong phone communication skills and ability to understand, discover requirements over the conference calls with multi-cultural customers. Ability to speak with customers from Australia, United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong etc
- Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artefacts as needed:
o Business Requirements Document
o Process Flow Diagrams (Using VISIO, Lucid Charts etc.)
o Use Cases Documents
o Screen and Interface designs
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Should be able to handle minimum of 4 �

- Should have very good presentation skills and ability to capture user attention
- Should have good experience in ERP and CRM implementations.
- Define a detailed project plan based on the business requirements gathered with the customers and internal development team. Describe the detail task requirements, timelines, resources etc.
- Keep customers and internal team constantly updated with project plan and update the status on daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Co-ordinate with development team to debrief the requirements in an understandable manner that can be executed and delivered by the developers
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to talk and capture requirements in large group of meetings with CEOs, CFOs, CIOs etc. and other departmental teams.
- Proven technical writing skills
- Excellent organizational and people skills to handle conflicts and misunderstandings. Should be great team player and create a joyful atmosphere that motivates the team.
- Experience of user acceptance testing of software and conducting end user trainings
- Sound understanding of transactional applications such as Sales, Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse Management etc.
- Exposure to technologies such as java, integration with multiple systems and understanding the requirements complexities in rolling ERP systems and advising the customers on right processes.
