?An Esteemed client or Randstad India currently seeking a qualified Business Analyst in IT to support multiple initiatives in the areas of Operations including Logistics (including Procurement), Planning, Design, and Project Execution.

This position will Report to Business Engagement Lead - IT

This position will work with business owners to determine technology/product requirements, evaluate designs & determine the functionality of applications.
This position will create requirement documents (project charters, requirements
Specifications, functional design specifications) for use by the application development teams.
This position will invite proposals from various vendors and actively participate in vendor evaluations and facilitate demos and POC presentations to management and end-user training post implementation
This position should be forward-looking in all areas with connections to various business applications to ensure that standards and IT common practices are appropriately
incorporated. In addition, this position must closely monitor enhancements across other
related systems and effectively prepare for appropriate changes.
This position will be expected to manage cross-functional relationships, work with
IT/business teams, negotiate IT business demands and communicate IT direction to
leadership, project, and functional heads.

?Candidate must have 4 - 5 years of proven experience working in a collaborative customer-focused environment. Candidate with experience of working in a Real Estate / Infrastructure Company for a min of 2+ years would be preferred.

? Experience working as a Business Analyst in the following areas:-

I. Procure to Pay
II. Inventory Management
III. Cost Planning
IV. Project Planning and Monitoring
V. Preconstruction Processes

? MBA/Post-graduate in Operations Management with
? Functional knowledge of ERP package like SAP / Oracle E-Business
? Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS
? Very strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Excellent organizational skills and strong analytical skills
? Experience in lean methodology and Business process mapping
