You have a university degree or a comparable qualification
You have relevant professional experience - ideally in the financial services environment
You are experienced in dealing with customer-requsests
Programming experience and understanding is an advantage
Ideally you have experience with Authorisation-Procesess (ISO 8583)
You are a fast learner
You are able to understand the details and the big picture in parallel
You are good in collaborating with developers
