Position Summary
As part of the Digital Marketing team, this role will coordinate digital marketing campaigns and
associated activities surrounding the marketing landscape. The ideal candidate must have foundational
knowledge about essential marketing concepts—like market segmentation, customer acquisition,

customer journey etc. allowing to determine better marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
You'll play a key role in communicating between internal departments and external parties, to support
and convey how information technology can support the organization’s marketing needs. This role will
also support requests, incidents, issues, tickets, enhancements, along with business continuity activities
as assigned. This is a Work from office profile.
Job Key Responsibilities
Examine keyword hits, search engine traffic, and other data on various digital platforms.
Conduct methodical performance analysis to influence/support marketing campaign strategies.
Analyze marketing user acquisition performance and conduct deep dive analysis to answer
hypotheses.
Provide insights on marketing data trends and anomalies, making recommendations where
appropriate to improve business performance.
Benchmark performance across all online channels and advise on marketing KPIs.
Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-
channel attribution.
Collaborate with the search and social media teams to enhance reporting, performance
measurement and conduct detailed analysis work as required.
Assist in user story creation, system integrations and coordinate user acceptance testing by
creating test scenarios, plan.
Report on key metrics, analyzing, and interpreting trends and providing actionable insights
based on available analytics data.
Create weekly status report on all critical issues, risks and dependencies as required.
Education and Experience Profile
Bachelor's in IT or Computer Science or related field
Experience in .net, SQL, cloud computing Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, SQL,
Advance Excel, Business Analytics
Understanding of APIs & their configuration along with knowledge of basic HTML and Tag
management
Project management concepts- Agile & sprint planning to help marketing teams with efficient
coordination with product, IT & cyber security
Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills. 5 to 8 years of proven experience in the Digital
Marketing landscape
Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
Airline or transportation industry knowledge is desired but not mandatory
