job description

?1.independently writing new credentials in clear, readable prose; and organizing credentials to facilitate use by team members
2.Organizing and maintaining knowledge resources such as case data, perspectives and frameworks, past proposals, et cetera
3.Developing bespoke credentials and biographies to support VPs and Partners
4.Securing and updating CVs for all consultants
5.Maintaining stocks of printed materials; securing copies of required materials
6.Managing vendors
7.Supporting conference logistics as required e.g. shipping materials
8.Updates to and maintenance of key client relationship management systems including CRM updates, contact records, mailer contact list
9.Various related business development activities as required

qualification

?�At least four years of prior professional experience in an administrative role
�A Bachelor�s degree evidencing a strong academic record

�Strong Powerpoint, Excel and Word skills with ability to quickly pick up and use new software
