JD : Position Name: Business Development Manager/ Business Development Executive
Job Requirements:
- Responsible for managing lead generation, cold calling, set up appointments, rapport
maintenance, understanding of client needs and closure of deals after negotiation.
- Lead, co-ordinate and manage clients.
- Develop strategy and innovative methods for exploring the market and ensure profitability.
- Establish & extend the company’s market leadership through effective contributions towards
Business Development, Sales & Key Account Management. 
- Actively explore, define, evaluate, seek opportunities and turn them into profitable business.  

Educational Qualifications:
Any graduate/postgraduate degree (Commerce first preference; Science second preference)
with adequate working knowledge in basic financial and accounting field, with a flair for
engaging clients in various services offered within Accounting & Finance areas.

Experience Required:
- 2-5 years of experience
- Fresher can also apply

Overall Candidate Profile Desired:
- Strong Lead Generation & Lead Qualifying capability.
- Meet cold calling targets set daily, weekly, monthly
- Develop marketing and sales strategy for the company – geography, vertical, service specific
- Excellent communication Skills (both written and oral) needed for communicating with overseas
clients.
- Self-Motivated go-getter with the ability to work with utmost efficiency. 
- Ability to manage the profile independently with least amount of hand holding.
- Explore the market, identify potential clients and qualify clients to build up a pipeline.
