Key Responsibilities - * Help to set up Teechip shop or accounts; walking through potential sellers through the flow to create accounts and campaigns * Gather leads through various sources like via internet browsing, social media groups, email leads or by cold calling, and establishes new Teechip accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to seek out and close potential sellers * Focus on getting sellers started on their first sales, and then scaling sellers GMV (Gross merchandise value) through sales efforts by studying existing and potential Teechip sellers on the platform * Understand seller GMV tiers and niches to accomplish their goals. * Understand how to convert people quickly, and provide feedback to management on seller conversions. * Submit weekly activity and results reports, such as daily call / meetings reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses. * Resolve sellers complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to management. * A team player that contributes to team efforts and goals by accomplishing related results
